What to prepare

• A scan of the diploma to be submitted.
• Diploma holder data, including NISN, diploma number, graduation year, date of birth, and contact details.
• Authorization letter and representative identification when the request or completion is handled by a representative.
• Holder identification for remote service or special diploma conditions.

Verification is still required

Online submission does not mean automatic approval. Officers still verify data, documents, the original diploma condition, and determine the completion route based on verification.

Completion options

The system supports in-person completion, a single visit, an authorized representative, or remote handling according to the case and verification result.
